AltaRoma fashion
Between July 7 and 11, Rome was once again at the center of the world by hosting the glittering kermess “Altaroma”, an international event dedicated to high fashion.
Amongst young catwalk stars, fashion designers on the rise and international names, Rome relives a more modern and sparkling dolce vita worthy of grand occasions.
July 12 the little eyes of MRS admired the catwalk-event at Palazzo Rospigliosi: “Oriental”, which closed the event.
Today I would like to talk with you about the fashion designer Nanaaleo, from Puglia who made her debut with her brand “Nanàèel” delighting us with her “Clotherapy”, a new perspective and innovative approach to fashion and how to wear it.
What is it all about? Conceptually, Nana’e’el views clothing as a therapy for wellbeing.
Impalpable whites, sweet sandalwood, myrrh and jasmine scents. Clothes which accompany the body without forcing its forms.
And then, also: organic cotton, linen, hemp and silk obtained without killing the “poor” silkworm and processed on a hand loom.
The cotton sheath dress with crocheted details is splendid, poetic and romantic , and from pure turns sexy and beguiling thanks to the deep décolleté which leaves the back naked.
The cotton which makes up the white dress with a belted waist, versatile for day and evening, is rigorous while at the same time graceful.
The “Clotherapy” voyage carries on towards adorable balloon shaped dresses, sweet pastel colored bell-bottomed pants, soft peplos which leave the shoulders uncovered and stoles which cover them almost distractedly.
All this in perfect green style! Also because Nana’e’el, in producing her “Clotherapy” , uses ecological dyes which with their soft tones emit different vibrations particular to each colour. The goal is to achieve balance and to let the body’s energy flow positively.
The work is finalized by accurate dressmaking and perfect finishing touches which draw romantic shapes and are worn by a woman who considers her dress her true life partner.
